Fundamental to your experience of the Active Retreat is the food.
Our food is prepared fresh daily and no two meals are the same.
Our menu is a flavourful mix of cuisines, designed to fuel your body and help maintain your energy levels for the exercise you’ll do.
Don’t worry though – you won’t be pushing leaves around your plate the entire time, as our menu will show, you can still make healthy food taste great and fill you up!
We provide a daily brunch, five evening meals including a BBQ!

Our menu is carefully planned to ensure we are eating the right food at the right time. It’s all freshly cooked using the best ingredients.
Examples of the dishes could be slow cooked meats with rice, vegetables or salad.
