Gym Sessions

Active Retreat gym sessions take place in a local Cross Fit gym, which we hire privately. It’s well-equipped and perfect for a group our size. The sessions are held by Steve Hoyles, who is both a qualified personal trainer and weight lifting coach. All gym sessions are scaled to the ability of the individuals.

It doesn’t matter if you are a gym beginner or a seasoned pro, you’ll have a workout that will challenge you as hard as you like!
